Manasseh Awuni floors Joseph Siaw in court, damages awarded against the Zoomlion boss

Mr. Siaw went to court seeking to restrain Manasseh from obtaining documents of his contracts of service he had signed with any government agency.

However, the court struck the suit out and has awarded damages to the tune of GHC 4000 against the Jospong boss.

Manasseh Azure has been on a collision course with Mr. Siaw and his Jospong Group of Companies in regards to the procedures they used in obtaining huge government contracts and how they have executed the contracts over the years.

This has led to a number of serialized investigative pieces by the Joy FM reporter on the dealings of Mr. Joseph Siaw.

In a related development, the High Court also adjourned a defamation suit against Manasseh by Mr. Siaw indefinitely.
