He also seen rejecting the ladder provided by firefighters.
The intoxicated martial artist ends up climbing down himself without any assistance.

Informationng reports that drunk man is actually a 51-year-old unemployed construction worker, whose frustration with his fruitless job search led him to drink prior to the incident.
