Panathinaikos midfielder Michael Essien had his home in Greece burgled by robbers last Wednesday, the player confirmed.

Michael Essien’s home in Athens was burgled last Wednesday, the Panathinaikos midfielder has confirmed.

The former Chelsea, Real Madrid and AC Milan star however failed to give details of the robbery attack and whether he lost valuables in the raid.
