7 Ghanaian celebrities who gave birth in 2017

Here is a list of some celebrities who welcomed their babies this year.

In 2017 many women delivered and this includes the celebrities we cherish so much.

• Gifty Anti and Nana Kwao Ansah

The celebrity couple welcomed their bundle of joy in August 2017. Gifty Anti gave birth to her daughter at age 47. At the naming ceremony of their daughter, a lot of dignitaries were present to celebrate with them.

The child is called Her Royal Highness Nyame Animunyam Afia Afrakoma Sintim Misa.

Vivian Jill had her second son this year.

On June 17, 2017, she organised a naming ceremony in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region where a number of celebrities were present to celebrate with her.

Her son is called Alfie Nana Amponsah Okobeng.

• Yvonne Nelson

Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson gave birth to a baby girl on October 29, 2017.

This was the talk of the town since she had earlier denied media reports of her pregnancy.

The father of Yvonne’s child is not Ghanaian.

• Naa Ashokor Mensah-Donku

The actress and media personality gave birth to a baby boy. This is her first child after 3 years of marriage.

• Jon Germain

The Ghanaian R&B star and Starr FM presenter Jon Germain and his wife Nadia Germain welcomed their son after 6 years together.

The baby was born in May 2017.

Award-winning Ghanaian musician Trigmatic and wife welcomed a bouncy baby boy on Frriday (November 24, 2017).

The actress and host of Adom TV’s popular telenovela “Kumkum Bhagya” Adwoa Saah, got married to her long-time boyfriend, Solomon Akwasi Boateng.

She was later absent from the screen because she did not want the public to see her pregnancy.

She gave birth to a bouncy baby boy.
