Actor's manager says FIPAG demonstration unnecessary

According to him, the demonstration which has been postponed to August 31st is unnecessary.

He disclosed this to Zionfelix on "Brunch2Brunch" show on Radio Univers in Accra.

Razak is of the opinion that Ghanaian movie producers should reevaluate and find the root cause of the dying movie industry instead of fighting against telenovelas on our screens.

He believed that movies released by producers was of poor quality and that was a major hurdle to be addressed instead of the demonstration.

When asked Razak if he will allow his artist, Kwadwo Nkansah (Lil Win), to join the protesters when they finally announce the new date for the demonstration, he said he had not received any formal invitation from the organisers so they will decide when FIPAG sends it.

“I don’t know when they are demonstrating and nobody has officially written to us about the upcoming event. I told my artist (Lilwin) and producers that we are not producing good movies judging from what I’ve seen” he stated.
