The court presided over by Madam Arit Nsemoh, was compelled to adjourn the case for the third time as the prosecution said that they were still in their investigations and are generating leads which they would like to pursue.

Prosecuting Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) George Amega prayed the court for a short adjournment for them to come and start the trial.

The court adjourned the case but asked the prosecution to speed up investigation to enable them to start the committal proceedings by the next adjourned date.

The suspects, Daniel Asiedu and Vincent Bossu were earlier re-arrested and arraigned after a High Court discharged them due to a decision by the Attorney General to discontinue at the court.

The two have been charged with murder and abetment of murder.
