Stan Wawrinka continued his dominance of the Chennai Open by beating Borna Coric in straights sets to win the tournament for the third year in a row.
The French Open champion has developed a strong affinity for the only ATP World Tour event in India, taking the title three times before returning for the 2016 edition.
Wawrinka was a strong favourite heading into Sunday's final and showed precisely why by seeing off teenager Coric 6-3 7-5 in an hour and 26 minutes.
Coric beat last year's runner-up Aljaz Bedene to become the youngest ATP World Tour finalist since Kei Nishikori in 2008, but the 19-year-old was unable to deny Wawrinka a fourth Chennai Open crown.

Two-time grand-slam champion Wawrinka has now won his last 12 matches and 24 consecutive sets in this tournament.
The world number four from Switzerland won 89 per cent of points on his first serve and broke twice, with Coric unable to take any of his five break-point opportunities.
Wawrinka, who came up with 15 aces, took control of the first set with a break in the sixth game to lead 4-2 and showed great resilience to hold in the next after facing five break points.
The top seed lost only three points on his serve in the second set and claimed the only break to lead 6-5 before serving out the match to love.
