From hosting massive campus tours to dominating the nightlife scene and even venturing into the world of premium bottle distribution, Jerome Hayford has left an indelible mark on the industry. Born on October 23, 1992, his journey is a remarkable one.
Jerome's educational path began at Bryant Mission Grammar School, where he completed his basic education in 2007.
He then moved on to Kumasi Academy for his high school education, graduating in 2011. With a thirst for knowledge and a passion for psychology and linguistics, he joined the University of Ghana in 2012, earning his first degree.
While Jerome's academic pursuits are commendable, his impact on the entertainment and nightlife industry is where he truly shines. His journey into the world of entertainment began with his role as Dining Prefect at Kumasi Academy from 2009 to 2011.
But it was during his time at the University of Ghana, from 2015 to 2016, as the Entertainment Executive Head at the African Union Hall, that he truly honed his craft.
Jerome's knack for organizing and hosting events quickly earned him a reputation in the industry. He became the General Manager of Bedouin and Paparazzi Night Clubs from 2017 to 2019.
His influence in the nightlife scene continued to grow as he helped build and manage Bedouin Night Club in Lizzy Sports Complex, as well as reconstruct and manage Paparazzi Night Club in Accra.
However, Jerome didn't stop at hosting events and managing clubs. He ventured into the world of media, hosting various TV programs on 4syte TV, such as "Campus TV," "G-POWER 100," "4SR TV," and "TOP 10 Countdown." He became the host of "MTN PULSE" on 4syte TV, solidifying his presence in the media world.
One of his most remarkable achievements has been founding the Premium Bottles Company, also known as Bottles GH. This venture has become the largest distributing company of alcoholic beverages in Ghana.
What's intriguing is how it all began – Jerome started by collecting free bottles from nightclubs and selling them at more affordable prices. As demand grew, he sought out main suppliers, secured discounts, and began offering credits to lounges, restaurants, clubs, and pubs.
Jerome's influence reached new heights with the inception of the 4syte Rangers and the 4syte Rangers Campus Tours in 2017.
These tours offered budding artists like Ebony, Kwesi Arthur, La Meme Gang, Kofi Mole, and more a platform to showcase their talents and transition into the mainstream.
Jerome's expertise in organizing and hosting these tours made them a massive success, headlining major campus events like Pent Hall Weeks and Repu Hall Weeks.
In 2018, Jerome hosted ASAKE at Garage during his first tour in Ghana. The Garage Sundown parties opened doors for artists to perform at lounges in Accra. Names like Fire Boy, Teni, Joe Boy, King Promise, R2Bees, and Black Sheriff graced the stage, attracting more than 10,000 partygoers.
Jerome's journey is a testament to how dedication, innovation, and a love for entertainment can lead to success. Today, he continues to make waves as the CEO of Bottles GH, Premium Bottles Transport Service, and his endeavors in Accra, established in 2018.
Jerome Hayford, known by many as MC Jerome, T-Lims, or the Weapon Of Mic Distraction, embodies the fusion of academia, entertainment, and entrepreneurship, making him an iconic figure in Ghana's entertainment landscape.
His story is not just one of personal achievement but also a narrative of how one individual can impact an entire industry, creating a lasting legacy that will continue to shape the future of Ghana's entertainment and nightlife.
