The aggrieved workers said they have been demanding for better pay since eight months now but they are yet to receive a response from management.
Many of them, clad in a red armband and red headgear said they were forced to embark on the protest because the General Manager walked out of a meeting which was supposed to address their concerns on Wednesday.
They argue that the rising costs of living require that they are given a salary which is deserving.

Meanwhile, the leadership of the Industrial and Commercial Workers Union (ICU) are at a meeting with the management of the hotel to find a solution to the matter.
