Despite the gloom of the US Presidential results, one good thing came out of Americans voting.

The states of California, Massachusetts and Nevada have approved the recreational use of marijuana.

Yesterday, Tuesday, November 8, 2016, five states in America took to the ballot to decide if the recreational use of marijuana should be legalized. California, Massachusetts and Nevada approved while Maine and Arizona haven't concluded with their results.

The approval of Proposition 64 has made California the most populous American state to legalize the recreational use of marijuana. In 2010 Californians decided not to legalize marijuana in the state.
