Former Chelsea player Frank Lampard ties the knot

Former Chelsea star Frank Lampard and Christine Bleakley tied the knot at the St Paul’s Church on Sunday.

The couple finally married after a four-year engagement as friends of the football star and showbiz woman turned up in style.

Chelsea defenders Branislav Ivanovic and John Terry made attendance for the wedding of their former team mates with Harry Redknapp and Jamie Redknapp also showing up. Telvision personality and renowned Arsenal fan Piers Morgan also attended the wedding.

The wedding reception for the New York City FC player and wife Christine Bleakley who worn a wedding dress reported to be in the region of £10 000 saw Ed Sheeran perform to the delight of invited guest.

Frank Lampard and Christine Bleakley began dating in 2009. The former Chelsea player already has two [Isla and Luna] daughters with previous partner, Elen Rivas.
