- Pepper
- Chili

- Stock cube
- Vegetable oil

Method
Snails
- Put the cleaned snails in a pot and pour water to cover them.
- Add the stock cube, blended onions and cover to cook for 20 - 30 minutes.
- Â In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil till hot. Add onions and stir-fry for 1 - 3 minutes.
- Add blended pepper cook for 3 minutes and add tomato puree.
- Â After cooking for 5 minutes, add crushed seasoning and pinch of salt
- Add the cooked snail. Stir- fry for 3-5 minutes.

Plantain
- Peel ripe plantain and cut into desired sizes
- Add water to plantain and sprinkle salt.
- Heat a pan with vegetable and add plantain.
- Deep fry till golden brown, 5-7 minutes;
- Transfer fried plantains to paper towel to drain excess oil.
