You have to see this bubble burst. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka, dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD squeezes a yellowish river of cyst contents out of a patient's earlobe. And you won't believe how much goop is in the ballooned lobe.

In the clip, Dr. Lee uses a pin-like surgical tool to pop the ear cyst. It's like a disturbing helium balloon poponly a stream of yellowish contents spills out. Dr. Lee immediately knows the growth is a cyst, as it continues to drain. "Gosh, you stored some stuff in there," Dr. Lee tells the patient, clearly amazed. In fact, the pop had one fan commenting, "Let it go, let it go. Can't hold it back anymore," in a sick version of the famous Frozen song.

Once Dr. Lee is finished squeezing out all of the cyst's oozing contents, she comments that the patient's earlobe looks a lot less swollen than before. And you can even see the improvement on camera.

The cyst in the patient's earlobe was likely an epidermoid cyst , which is often filled with dead skin cells and keratin . These types of cysts often occur on the face, neck and back, and can even fester in earlobes.
