Yep, in her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper tackles a huge cyst in a mystery spot on her patient and then replays the pop in reverse. She captioned her new Instagram video: "Snow White may not have eaten this apple, but this cystacular cyst surely would have put her to sleep! "
The video begins with Dr. Pimple Popper squeezing away, as usual. The cyst squirts a snake of yellow-ish goop. But, here comes the twist: it's a boomerang. The video reverses and all the gunk appears to get sucked back inside. Mind blown.

This new format has the usually rock-solid Popaholics shaking. One fan shared in the comments: "I'm upset I had to watch that go back in."
