NCA challenges Authenticity of IMANI Ghana’s Afriwave document
Head of the National Communications Authority Technical Evaluation Panel, Eric Appiah has challenged the authenticity of the document being peddled around by IMANI Ghana as evidence to allegations of fraudulent award of an Interconnect Clearing House license to Afriwave Telecoms.
The head of the Technical Evaluations Panel maintained that the source of IMANI's document is questionable given that no member of the Technical Evaluation Panel could have leaked it to IMANI Ghana.
According to him, no member of the committee had access to the document, and therefore could not have leaked it.

“Not only is IMANI Ghana’s document is false, its source cannot be verified. The content are also questionable. No one on the panel could have leaked the document, first of all, because every member of the panel was made to sign a non- disclosure agreement.”
Tullow Investment in TEIN to continue despite spending cuts
Tullow Pls has given assurance that its investment in the TEN oil field will continue despite a major spending cut after reporting a net loss of $1.03 billion in 2015.
The chief executive of Tullow Oil, Aidan Heavey said the oil giant is committed to ensuring continued low cost production from West Africa - including the start-up of production from TEN between July and August 2016.
The TEN is scheduled to deliver first oil in June or July this year, with a production rate of 80,000 barrels of oil per day.
