According to Mr. Noonan, Ghana's football problems are beyond Anas Aremeyaw Anas' documentary on corruption in Ghana football.

He opined that, "What I see is that we have a fundamentally broken business model."

"As a club when we sell a ticket and the maturity of that ticket is going someplace else as opposed to the club, that's a broken business model," he added.

He called for more dislogue and frantic efforts to change the game and business model as well.

"And when you are playing games on Wednesday at 3 pm and when a lot of your fans are working, that's a broken business model."

"We need to take control of the business model because like or not, football is a business and all players have agents and our fans have the opportunity to watch matches anywhere in the world right now."

The Hearts MD said if nothng is done to turn things around, lovers of the game will send their monies somewhere else.

"If we don't realise that and we don't provide a great working atmosphere for our players, if we don't provide facilities and if we don't provide a product for our fans, they are going to take their hard earned money elsewhere and that's the sad part."
