Having guided the company for an impressive 16 years, Yvette, a luminary in the Ghanaian ICT scene for over 25 years, brought not just business acumen but a dedication to championing women in the field.

Under Yvette's stewardship as the Managing Director, Dimension Data Ghana experienced substantial growth, more than doubling its employee base. Now, Yvette embarked on a new chapter, leading a management buyout (MBO) that underscored her unwavering belief in the company's potential for a vibrant future.

The transformation gained clarity as Dimension Data in Ghana passed into the capable hands of Dynamic Data Solutions Ltd, a locally registered entity. This shift wasn't merely a change in ownership; it heralded an exciting rebranding effort, with a fresh marketing identity set to be unveiled on April 2.

A strategic cornerstone of the acquisition was the elevation of the new entity to a "Preferred Partner" status with NTT, Dimension Data's parent company. This alliance ensured customers a seamless continuation of the exemplary service and support they had come to expect, all underpinned by a steadfast commitment to excellence. Importantly, the transition included the smooth integration of Dimension Data in Ghana's employees into the folds of Dynamic Data Solutions LTD, preserving the relationships they had diligently built over the years.
