Mensah, who had his education in Ashanti Region, scoop four of the 15 awards including the overall best student.

Boniface Mensah has emerged as the best graduating medical student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

He won the Dean’s Prize for the best student in the MBChB programme, the J.W. Acheampong prize for best student in Junior and Senior Clerkship in Medicine, Ben Baffoe-Bonnie prize for best student in Child Health and the Addo Kufour prize for best student in Internal Medicine.
Mensah had his primary and Junior High School at Good Shepherd R/C primary and JHS.

He then attended Opuku Ware Senior High School also in the Ashanti Region.
