Avoid mobile phones

Health experts often caution men against any increase use of their mobile phones. Why? Because men who use their phones more have decreased sperm mobility, probably due to the electromagnetic waves.

Hit the Gym

Exercise raises a man’s testosterone and that helps him produce sperm. So don’t forget to exercise when you can. Too much time on a bike can also put excessive pressure on the testicles, so as much as you exercise, try and take a break for a while.
