The mother of nine was arrested in October last year, after police picked up information that she was engaging in such practice at New Bortianor in the Greater Accra Region.
The police stormed her drinking spot and found a polythene bag containing substance suspected to be Indian hemp, but she denied being the owner.
The police subsequently found a bottle containing liquid they suspected was mixture of alcohol and marijuana.

Further testing by the police confirmed that the product was a mixture of alcohol and 'weed'.
Presiding Judge, Aboagye Tandoh, in his ruling warned against the use and sale of narcotic drugs and other unwholesome products.
