The 22-yr-old star recently went all out for a stage performance which took place in Vancouver, Canada as she rocked one of her worst and most provocative costumes yet.

Miley at first rocked a sheer socks with a huge strap-on worn over it, exposing her boobs, and leaving a giant, ribbed penis standing out.
She completed that look a purple wig with a horn attached to her forehead like a unicorn.

As if her outfit wasn't outrageous enough, she went on to offer her strap on to a female fan in the crowd, having her suck on it as the crowd cheered.
In other photos, the star was captured rocking a nappy costume with a giant pin on the front, and stick-ons to cover her nipples.
Miley also wore a giant baby costume as she pretended to suck on an even bigger feeding bottle, before lighting up a blunt on stage.
Just when you think there was nothing else she could possibly do to surprise the world, she goes on to surprise us by doing something even more outrageous.
