On August 15, 2015 Dillish Matthews, the winner of Big Brother Africa: The Chase launched her new restaurant Bolster in Windhoek, Namibia.

During her exclusive interview with Pulse TV she spoke on why she created Bolster. "It's something I have always wanted to do. I've always had this thing for food. After doing several research in the Namibian market we saw that there was a huge gap between fine dining and something you can just grab and go. We wanted this to be a place where ministers, and the President can come and have dinners, conferences and stuff like that" Dillish told Pulse TV.

"I really want a five star gourmet place. Bolster is always something I always wanted to do and I love it" she further said. In the interview she also spoke about her works with charity.

After winning BBA in 2013, Dillish exclusively revealed that she invested her money in construction. "What I did with 300,000 is whoever I promised money from my winnings I gave. I bought Elikem his bike. I gave Maria her cat...and then people hear me well, I put my money away for a year and a half, and that is why only now people are beginning to see me use my money really" Dillish Matthews told Pulse TV.

"So I didn't use it. Just because I was quiet for a year and a half I am not spending or stuff like that doesn't mean I am broke. It just means I put my money away because I had to sit down and just think. Yeah I just sat down for a year and I was like I am not going to touch it. What took me through the years, I did a lot of appearances, music videos, lots of jobs so that is what kept me going" she further said.
