The mixed tempo afro-beats infused hip-hop jam creates awareness about girl-child education and the need for African leaders to take more drastic steps to secure their future.

AJ Nelson met Valentine Alvares through a Togolese friend. “I linked up with Valentine through a friend musician Gustav Legist, who is also a Togolese,” he revealed in a press statement.

The “Forward” rapper believes Valentine Alvares has an impeccable vocal ability.

“Valentine’s vocal strength is impeccable, her voice is so soothing that you would love to listen and listen and listen again,” he said.
