This man was born without a 'manhood', girlfriend finds out one year after
A man born with no penis revealed he managed to keep the fact a secret from his girlfriend for an entire year.
He met his girlfriend Fedra Fabian, from Budapest, Hungary, met while working at a summer camp in the UK. When she returned to Budapest they continued seeing each other via Skype for five months.
Fedra decided when things got more serious, that she wanted to move to England to be with him.
The only problem was that he had not told her his secret: He’d been born without a penis.
"I told her I had kidney infections," he told TLCs The Man With No Penis when she came to live with him and eventually tried to make things more intimate.
He eventually manned up and told her the truth.
Andrew was born with a condition called bladder exstrophy. He was born with his bladder outside of his body and no genitalia.
The programme follows him as he undergoes operations to give him his missing penis and reveals the truth to his loved ones.
His girlfriend explained that she didn’t feel angry that he hadn’t told her before.
"I didn’t feel betrayed. Even though I’m his girlfriend, it’s his personal business."
