Boss squeezes employee's testicle, leads to surgery

According to the 45-year-old, he had to remove his testicle after his boss Richard Langtry grabbed it hard and pulled it. The pain from the bizarre action made Peacock get three surgeries. He had to remove his testicle in one of the surgeries.

Michael Peacock definitely knows what it feels to have a horrible boss if his claims are true.

Now he is suing his former manager for the incident that took place during a team-building seminar in New York. According to Peacock's version of the incident in the papers he filed, the company he worked for Iron Mountain Management went out for drinks to build team bonding.

Langtry became drunk and allegedly became ‘increasingly loud and aggressive’. Michael Peacock claims his boss‘grabbed left testicle, squeezed it hard and pulled it down as if to rip it from his groin’.

Now Peacock who has two kids says he suffers from bedroom trouble and chronic pain which is why he is suing his former boss who has been fired. He is also suing the three bars that served alcohol to Langtry.
