3 easy homemade treatment for your hands

Our hands are exposed to different chemicals for much of the day and we make sure it remains soft and smooth with these simple homemade recipes.

  • Intensive care hand cream

1 tablespoon beeswax

10 drops of myrrh essential oil

10 drops cedarwood essential oil

¼ cup shea butter

two tablespoons of almond oil

Method

Melt the beeswax, shea butter and almond oil in a double boiler, allow it to cool for five minutes, and then stir in the essential oils and leave it until it has set completely.

  • Strengthen nails with olive oil and lemon juice

Ingredients

Tablespoon of olive oil

3 tablespoon of lemon juice

Method

Simply mix together a tablespoon of olive oil and a couple of drops of lemon juice and then rub that into your nails each night before you go to bed.

  • Use apple cider vinegar to get rid of a wart

Cotton wool ball

Apple cider vinegar

Method

Soak a small cotton wool ball in apple cider vinegar and then taping that over the wart with some sticking plaster.

It might sting a bit, but the acidity of the vinegar will attack the wart and eventually you will be able to remove the wart easily.
