Most brides go with cliche braids for their weddings but this braid is easy to achieve and outstanding in itself.
This fairy tale, long braid can be decked out with diamond, star or pearl charms.
Here's the break down fro this awesome braid design.
1 Spray volumizer through clean, dry hair and follow with a dollop of mousse. The idea is to create lots of grip and traction.
2 Section off the top of the hair from temple to temple and temporarily clip it out of the way. Gather the remaining hair into a low ponytail and secure it with an elastic.
3 You can added extensions to braids for dramatic length. If you choose to do this, use a ponytail weft that has at least one secure comb at the base and insert the comb into the top of your real ponytail between your scalp and the elastic.
4 Braid the ponytail so it falls like a long rope down the center of your back and tie it off at the end with a clear elastic.
5 Unclip the front section, make a center part, and brush the hair back. Wrap the hair around the base of your ponytail to conceal the elastic and, if you are wearing extensions, the comb. Secure the ponytail wrap with a few pins.
6 Bling out your braid with tiny charms and pearls. "Make sure the placement isn't too cluttered or too perfect," DiMaggio says. For an even more boho vibe, you could try swapping the pearls for tiny flowers (real or silk).
7 Set it all with a strong-hold hair spray.
