What you need (Ingredients)
2 cups cooked, mashed yam
2 tbsp margarine
13 cl milk
salt and pepper
1 egg
Method
Mix the yam, pepper, salt and margarine together in a bowl.
Beat the egg and stir in the milk, and add this to the mixture.
Mix well and form into balls.
Fry in a shallow pan.
Serve hot with chowder.
