In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helps a patient with a huge whitehead on her cheek.
The dermatologist shared a throwback clip from a juicy whitehead extraction from beloved patient Momma Squishy.
Dr. Pimple Popper used her comedone extractor tool to clean out the whiteheads and strands of linguini squeezed out.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper , is looking back at rosier times. She's throwing it back for her latest Instagram video, but it doesn't look all that different. No matter what's going on around the dermatologist's office, you can count on pimple popping to go on.

In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper takes on multiple pimples. She also has some familiar faces as special guests. Loyal Popahlics may recognize the fireman and Momma Squishy. Dr. Pimple Popper starts with the buried whitehead on Momma Squishy's cheek. It's close to her eye, but the derm is extra careful. She pokes it with her scalpel before squeezing with her comedone extractor tool.

That's all she needs to do to get a long string of gunk to stream out. It swirls and twirls as it emerges from Momma Squishy's skin. Dr. Pimple Popper 's fans are loving every minute of it. One Popaholic added in the comments, "it's like a linguini " It certainly is!

In fact, it looks like she pulled out enough for a whole pasta dinner. Tbh I think I've lost my appetite after watching that one.
