It would be nice if Friday meant the work load tapers off. The weekend is right around the corner, but the to-do list is only growing. Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, understands what you're going through. She also has a major pop to deal with in her office, and it is a struggle.

In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper is tackling a huge lipoma on her patient's upper back. The lipoma bulges out right behind her patient's head. She captions the Instagram post: "Wooo talk about a mother of a lipoma! "

The video starts with Dr. Pimple Popper in the thick of it. Literally, she has her hands full of lipoma, and it is thick. (It's basically the size of a bowling ball, per her fans.) This lipoma is not going to come out easily. Unfortunately, every time she grabs a chunk, it rips off.

One fan notices her struggle and asks: "Do your hands ever get tired from pulling that out?" Unknown, but she does respond to a few other fans.

Dr. Pimple Popper finally addresses a common question on her pops: "I've always been curious how something gets that bad?" Kudos to the commenter for asking in a respectful way and getting Dr. P's attention!

Dr. Pimple Popper explains: "There's the unknown of what it could be and how it could change their lives, financial constraints, lack of physicians in their area, and a lot of these are just considered cosmetic procedures so it's hard to find someone that will remove them."

Dr. Pimple Popper continues: "This is a big reason why I post these videos, yes it is fun and entertaining, but it also helps to educate people about not only their own skin but about some of the conditions others may have! It creates great conversations like this, that help us understand each other too. At the end of the day I'm just glad they decided to come to me and that I could help them!"

Well, there you have it. A very satisfying pop and the answer to the most popular Popahlic question.
