Some things in life are a given: The sun will rise every morning, buying something on sale always feels way better than paying full price, and Jennifer Lopez is ridiculously fit. It just is what it is.

But people freaked out and cried Photoshop recently after J.Lo posted a photo of her amazing abs on Instagram. Not only did some people doubt her abs were real (c'mon people), when you first look at the pic, it seems like a suspicious-looking chunk has been taken out of her side.

“Definately [sp] photoshop,” wrote one person. “I see you got a bite in your waist,” another said.

But J.Lo quickly jumped in on the comments and shut photo-altering accusations down quickly. "Omg...Just a smudge on the mirror...lol...not photoshop," she wrote, followed by the best hashtags ever: "#lordblessthehaters #gymrat #youshouldtryit"#wishtherewasphotoshopforhate"

But J.Lo isn’t the only celebrity to fight back against body criticism. Lady Gaga clapped back on Instagram at people who criticized her physique during her Super Bowl performance.

“I heard my body is a topic of conversation so I wanted to say, I'm proud of my body and you should be proud of yours too,” she wrote. Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman also spoke out on Twitter recently about being body-shamed at the airport after a security guard said he couldn’t see her muscles.

“I work very hard to be healthy & fit,” she wrote. “The fact that a man thinks he judge my arms pisses me off I am so sick of this judgmental generation.”

As for J.Lo, something tells us she's not going to be too hung up on this one.
