Ruling NDC's National Delegates Congress Rescheduled Again

The congress which was re-scheduled to take place in opposition NPP's stronghold, Kumasi on December, was again postponed to the 20th of December this year.

The ruling National Democratic Congress has postponed it's much awaited National Delegates Congress once again.

The congress was originally planned for October 25 but a law suit brought against the leadership of the party by an aggrieved member forced it to be postponed.

The National Youth Organiser of the party, Mr Yaw Boateng Gyan, in a interview on Accra-based, PeaceFM, made it known that the rescheduling this time was necessary as Prez John Dramani Mahami would not be around on the earlier chosen date.

The congress is an opportunity for the party which has be barraged with various allegations of late for choose new national executive. This extension might be good news for the delegates who might have more time to campaign.
