Obinim displays US$100 notes to celebrate freedom from police custody
The head pastor of the International God’s Way Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim has set tongues wagging on social media after flaunting his wealth to celebrate his release from the custody of the Ghana Police Service after meeting the bail requirements.

The preacher was arrested for the alleged publication of false news and forgery of documents contrary to sections 208 and 159 of the Criminal and other offenses Act, (1960) (ACT 29) respectively.

Obinim was scheduled to appear in court on June 1 while investigations continue and had been granted bail to the tune of GH¢100,000 by an Accra Magistrate Court with three sureties and one person to be justified.
