The former Special Prosecutor <a href="https://www.pulse.com.gh/news/politics/airbus-scandal-nana-addo-wanted-me-to-investigate-mahama-on-corruption-martin-amidu/m6jsnf7">Martin Amidu</a> has revealed that he has received a text message attacking his ethnicity over his work on the controversial Agyapa Royalties deal.

He said a texter, whom he has identified as Nana B sent him a text message referring to him as 'Otani gyimifuo' which means 'foolish northerner'.

According to him, the sender of the message explained that his [Amidu] resignation and subsequent epistles explaining the rationale for his action sought to undermine the integrity of the government.

Amidu accused President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo of being the main brain behind the deal.
