According to their letter signed by Barungi Henry, the director of the academy one of their players by name Nabbale Juliet has been sexually assaulted by the female coach who should rather be protecting the interest of the players under her watch, so they are calling on the authorities to apply strict sanctions to help bring sanity to women’s football in the country.
Bulega was handed the national team coaching job in September 2017 replacing Majidah Nantanda.
