The striker sustained a thigh injury during Ghana’s 1-1 world cup qualifier against Congo in Kumasi two weeks ago.
He subsequently missed his nation’s reverse 5-1 win over the Red Devils in Brazzaville despite traveling with the squad.

However, the former Sunderland and Udinese attacker has made a quick recovery from his layoff and appears ready to partake in the club’s next assignment.
Gyan joined his Kayserispor teammates on Wednesday as the team held their midweek training.
The 31-year-old joined the Turkish outfit during the just ended transfer window after being released by Chinese club Shanghai SIPG.
The Ghana captain has so far played two games for Kayserispor, but is yet to open his account for the club.
