Nothing is much more beautiful than seeing a plus size woman being confident and are embracing her body. One woman that has come out the gate working to empower women to love their bodies is Lydia Forson, a Ghanaian actress and producer.

She clearly proves to us how comfortable she is in her recent Instagram post. Lydia posted a photo and a video of her of her in a sassy bikini and we totally loving it.
