Ghanaian rapper, E.L and C-Real took to Twitter over the weekend to mock President John Mahama in one of his tweets regarding the #DumsorMustStop campaign.
When President John Dramani Mahama tweeted a few days ago calling on the creative industry not divide themselves like the politicians had done; lots of people were excited because it revealed the #DumsorMustStop campaign started by actress Yvonne Nelson had been registered in his quarters.
After the President's tweet which read "The division in our politics is bad enough. Let it not spread to our creative industry. Let's cease the polemics. --- JM" went viral, the 2015 VGMA "Rapper of the Year" E.L drew the attention of his comrade C Real and a conversation started.
EL to C Real : Dude... John Dramani Mahama: "The division in our politics is bad enough. Let it not spread to our creative industry. Let's cease the polemics. --- JM"
EL: Bro I want to join this "creative industry" his Excellency is talking about!!... Where I go sign??
C Real: It's total nyaah if I have to turn on a genset to record a track family. Creative Industry? Ah...You be member?
C Real: Ah ELrepGH I buy more fuel for my studio than I do for my car.....and please... Which Industry? you be member? I confuse small
EL: We achieved our Statuses through hard work & smart hustle, I've never received support from some imaginary "industry".
C Real: I rented a Power Plant for #SHINE video shoot...three days. @ELrepGH did same for #SHELELE ....BUT they don’t want "creatives" to talk..twea
C Real: The person tweeting from @JDMahama account has been given the task of filling a cane basket with water using a fork. Ayekooo.
