Nana Addo names Ebony, Samini and Shatta Wale as his favourite Ghanaian artistes

The first gentleman of the land was a guest at the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA) Grand Ball held at the Banquet Hall, Accra, last Friday.
President Akufo-Addo left a lasting memory on all who were present at the programme by taking to the floor to display his dancing skills.

The 73-year-old then took the time to praise both past and present Ghanaian musicians who have made the nation proud in one way or the other.
He revealed that he is a big fan of hiplife and dancehall music despite the aforementioned genres not being dominant during his youthful days.

Akufo-Addo went on to name Samini, Ebony Reigns, Shatta Wale, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy, Edem and D-black as some of his favourite Ghanaian musicians at the moment.
He added that the likes of Kidi, Fancy Gadam, Kuami Eugene and Becca have also caught his eyes.

On his favourite Highlife musicians, the President named the likes of C.K, Man, Amakye Dede, Daddy Lumba, Paapa Yankson and Gyedu Blay Ambulley at the top of his list.
