This fruity combination of watermelon,  banana, low fat yogurt and fresh mint leaves is not just low on calories but a healthy cool drink to start your day.

Ingredients

  • cups seedless watermelon, chunks

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • Banana, peeled and diced

  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves

  • 2 cups fat-free lemon yogurt

  • 1⁄4 tablespoon cinnamon

  • Ice cubes

Method

  1. Puree the watermelon, honey , banana and mint quickly

  2. Do not over blend.

  3. Pulse in the yogurt and cinnamon until just smooth.

  4. Transfer to serving glasses.

  5. Add ice cubes
