KKD To See Psychologist, Case Adjourned

The rape case against entertainment icon, Kwesi Kyei Darkwa (KKD) has again been adjourned to February 18.

The case was adjourned because KKD did not turn up in court due to a medical appointment.

His lawyer, Tony Forson was represented by Susana Nyarkoa who told the court that KKD was billed to see a Clinical Psychologist.

The State prosecutor pressing charges against the entertainment personality was not happy at his inability to appear before court. This is the third time KKD failed to show up.

Despite Ewuraffe Orleans Thompson declaring her disinterest in pursuing the case in a letter written to the Police and other relevant bodies, the state has however, indicated its resolve to go ahead with the prosecution for the offence.

KKD was subsequently charged for raping Ewuraffe Orleans Thompson in a hotel.
