Medeama defender seals 3-year deal with Tanzanian side

Daniel Amoah has completed a three-year move to Ezam from Ghana Premier League side, Medeama SC.

Amoah, who is a member of the Black Satellites caught the attention of Ezam after excelling in the CAF Confederation Cup against Young African of Tanzania.

Daniel Amoah, after sealing the deal expressed his delight at joining Ezam of Tanzania from the Ghana FA Cup champions.

"This is my first contract as a young player when I joined a team as big as Azam FC, I need the support of the fans and players, I'm here to fight and die for this club," he told the club's official website.

Daniel Amoah's move away will  from the T and A Park is a great financial boost to Medeama, who are facing financial difficulties as the CAF Confederation Cup gets hotter and hotter, but it will weaken the strength of the team.

The 18-year-old defender is the second Ghanaian player to join Azam following the club’s signing of Enock Atta Agyei in July.
