Richard Yaw Boadi, was sent to the Greater Accra Regional (Ridge Hospital) Hospital Tuesday afternoon in critical condition after he was allegedly shot by a car dealer.

Eyewitnesses said that the mechanic had asked the car dealer to move his vehicle away from where it was parked to make way for others moving into and out of the warehouse.

But the suspect got furious and had a heated exchange of words with the mechanic.

In the midst of the misunderstanding, the suspect fired a warning shot before aiming at the mechanic.

Residents did not take the shooting lightly and started attacking the suspect in his car.

Scores of them hurled stones and other objects at the vehicle of the suspect.
