'Walking Dead' attraction set to open in Universal Studios

Although a specific opening date has not yet been announced, the attraction is expected to be open by summer.

If you're a fan of AMC series, 'The Walking Dead' then you could experience the set live as an attraction based on the show is set to open at Universal Studios.

Describing the ride in a statement, Universal Studios has asked asked fans to "prepare to fight for survival in a fully immersive journey as you navigate through a world overrun by hungry walkers"

The statement also tells fans to "follow in the footsteps of the human survivors" as they battle their way "through nightmarish iconic landscapes that bring the most popular cable TV show in history to life."
