Black Princesses depart Accra for Australia

The Black Princesses are in Group C with France, U.S.A and New Zealand.

The female U-20 team of Ghana has departed Accra for Australia for a training tour ahead of the upcoming FIFA Women’s World Cup.

The Black Princesses left the shores of Accra last night with 21 players, and are expected to spend ten days in Australia before moving to Papua New Guinea for the tourney which has been billed to come off on November 13.

The Black Princesses are in Group C with France, U.S.A and New Zealand.

The squad:

Goalkeepers: Victoria Adjei, Azume Adams, Rose Baah

Defenders: Rita Darko, Vinoria Kuzagbe, Belinda Anane, Faustina Ampah, Vida Opoku, Kate Adu Agyemang

Midfielder: Rashida Abdul-Rahman, Fatima Alhassan, Patience Adjetey, Ernestina Abambila, Lily Niber Lawrence, Sandra Boakye, Samira Abdul Rahman, Wasila Diwura-Soale

Forwards: Jane Ayieyam Pricilla Adobea, Veronica Appiah, Sandra Owusu Ansah.
