2 Tbsp garlic, finely chopped

1 tsp dried rosemary

2 bay leaves

Cooked kidney beans

Tomatoes

Method

Place the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add chopped onions, ginger and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

Stir and add blended pepper and tomatoes and bring to boil.

After 5 - 7 minutes, add fish powder, spices, bay leaves and rosemary.

Reduce heat and simmer

Add kidney beans and cook for 2 5 minutes to heat through. Turn the heat off, cover with a lid and let sit for 10 minutes. Remove bay leaves and serve.
