- Twist in opposite direction to remove the fruit.
- Using a tea spoon, scoop the fresh to a bowl.
- Add some quantities of bitter lemon juice.
- Add fresh coconut water.
- Add ginger syrup and blend until perfectly smooth.
- Pass through a strainer.
- Serve chill
