3 cups of long grain rice
Handful of Salted Cured Beef (Toolu Beef)
Onions
Powdered pepper

Method
Wash all vegetables and slice onions into cubes.
Sauté onion in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes until the onion look translucent.
Add powdered pepper, add vegetables if you prefer.

Wash salted beef thoroughly twice, add and fry for 3 minutes.
Wash rice twice and add to the onion and let it fry for about 2 minutes and continue to stir.
Now add the boiling water and pinch of salt to taste and cover rice to cook.
Lower the heat as the rice begins to boil. Check every 3 minutes until the rice is completely cooked
Serve with shito or pepper sauce.
