Dr. Pimple Popper, aka Dr. Sandra Lee, is no stranger to exploding cysts , massive lipomas , or clogged pores . In her latest Instagram video, the doctor got a bit of a shock when a blackhead squirted right at her before being popped.
The video shows Dr. Lee getting ready to use an extraction tool to remove the buildup of dead skin cells and oil found inside a blackhead, but as soon as she pushes down on the skin, there's a serious squirt from this bump. The video moves to slow motion so you can see the moment in all its glory then cuts to Dr. Lee explaining that she should have brought a splash screen.
Turns out, however, you're not actually seeing oil squirting at the camera (because that would be gross). A viewer commented that the squirt looked like the numbing fluid Dr. Lee uses to keep from causing her patient's pain as she dig into their skin. The user was right. Dr. Lee responded to the comment confirming that the squirt you see is just fluid (but not bodily fluid).
After the moment is over, Dr. Lee is able to seamless extract all of the gunk and debris found inside the blackhead. She has to go in a few times to fully remove the bump, but once again, the good doctor is triumphant.
