In a new YouTube video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD unmasks a patient by removing stubborn blackheads gathered around his eyes. The repeat patient has been lovingly nicknamed The Masked Man by Dr. Lee, and its easy to see why.

This is The Masked Man 's second visit to Dr. Lee's office. In their first meeting, the famed derm removed some sticky, stubborn blackheads from his mask. Since then, the patient started using a Retin-A cream to help loosen the leftover stubborn blackheads.

In this video, The Masked Man first gets a steam facial to open up his pores and clean out any easily-removed gunk. When he finally gets in Dr. Lees chair again, the derm estimates there is a 25 percent improvement in the man's condition since his last visit. Then, the Dr. Lee works to make that percentage even higher.

Dr. Lee dives in with her comedone extractor, easily removing many of the blackheads now that they are loosened. And the pops just keep coming and coming and coming.

Every single time I push down, I get something, Dr. Lee tells the patient.

In his first appearance, Dr. Lee explained a likely reason for his mask-like look. In that video, she says she often sees blackheads in a mask-like formation on current or former firemen who get soot trapped in their pores. Though this man wasnt a fireman, he did work in the air freight business before retirement, often having jet fuel and exhaust blown in his face. Dr. Lee says this likely caused the collection of blackheads.

A blackhead is a single pore filled with dead skin and oil, which forms a black head when exposed to air.
